Scott Warren began his career in the hotel industry with Holiday Inns, Inc in 1977. He graduated from University of Memphis with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and an Industrial Engineering designation from Maynard School of Engineering. He holds the designation Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from American Hotel and Motel Association.

Mr. Warren has broad based experience in both senior line and corporate staff positions throughout the United States and Europe. He has been General Manager for seven large full service hotels and resorts. He has held a variety of key multi-unit management positions with both IHG (formerly Holiday Inns) and Montclair. He rejoined Montclair in 2003 from Strategic Hotel Capital. With SHC, he was based in London and asset-managed a portfolio of luxury hotels throughout Europe.

Mr. Warren served on the board for the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) while residing in London and has been affiliated with numerous local and state hotel associations and convention bureaus throughout the United States. He resides in Medinah, Illinois with his wife Nancy and their son.
