Joe Brus started in Hotel Accounting in 1980 with Hyatt Hotels as an Accounts Receivable clerk, worked up to Credit Manager then Assistant Controller and currently holds the position of Regional Controller for Montclair Hotels.

After 10 years with Hyatt, Mr. Brus went on to work for Stouffer/Renaissance and Ramada and has worked for such hotels as the Hyatt Regency O’Hare, Hyatt Los Angeles Airport, Hyatt Regency Waikoloa and the Ramada Hotel O’Hare. Joe was also a past Treasurer and President of the Chicago Hotel/Motel Credit Managers Association.

Mr. Brus resides in Oshkosh, Wisconsin with his wife Sarah and her two daughters. He has been involved in the community as a past Jaycee member and by coaching youth roller hockey, both in the Chicago area and by teaching in-line skating through the Appleton Parks & Recreation Department.
